State Farm® Insurance Agent Amy Kane

"I wasn’t going to leave a comment but since you’ve decided to do so-I will respond. Your agent that sold me the insurance coverage hid and couldn’t pick up a phone and explain the situation or even call back, but she had zero problems taking my money and even calling me at work with a follow up before I decided on who to go with to see if I was going to purchase the insurance. That’s bad business in a small town especially when she said she dives by my home every day and knows I am surrounded by ag fields. Her words “you’ll just call and we take care of everything “. Even after I told her about my past experiences with the coverage and it was denied due to flooding. When I switched to a more competent agent in the region-the individual said they didn’t understand why she hadn’t added the sewage endorsement, as they don’t ever let a policy go without checking that. I lost 10k worth of items for an additional 20 dollars annually. Shame on me for not reading my binder word for word, but maybe you and your less than competent agents should take the same accountability as I have and get a better understanding of the products that you sell."

This is the first time it has felt true."
